We have seen the falls in Iguazu, tango in Buenos Aires, the pinguins in Punta Arenas and the end of the world (Ushuaia) …

What is next?
Tomorrow we leave for 3 days and 2 nights to the national park in Ushuaia: Small hikes, easy camping and enjoying the great views of tierra del fuego. Afterwards we take one extra day in Ushuaia to rest or not … if we decide to hike up the local glacier. Next stop is Puerto Natales in Chile. Which means again a border cross and 2 hours waiting to get the right stamps in our passport, but the “W” trek in park of Torres del Paine seems to be well worth the wait.
Next stops are El Calafate and El Chalten with some more promising hikes.
Than there was the big dillema: Ruta 40 in Argentina or Carretera Austral in Chile … And we have decided: The carretera it will be! But before that we will need to survive a cross-border hike and a lot more planning …
